3. Why did you leave your previous job? (Mengapa anda meninggalkan pekerjaan anda yang sebelumnya ?)
Pertanyaan interview Bahasa Inggris yang sering sekali digunakan adalah pertanyaan ini, jika kamu pernah bekerja di suatu instansi adalah pertanyaan tentang alasan mengapa kamu meninggalkan atau keluar dari pekerjaan sebelumnya. Biasanya pertanyaan ini ditujukan karena pihak instansi menginginkan orang yang benar-benar serius ingin mendapatkan pekerja yang friendly terhadap apa-apa saja yang dikerjakan. Pertanyaan interview Bahasa Inggris selanjutnya adalah mengenai kelebihan kamu sebagai pelamar kerja. Ya, tentu saja pihak instansi ingin tau seberapa besar keahlian kamu dalam menguasai suatu bidang dan apakah keahlian itu mumpuni atau tidak. Pihak instansi selalu ingin mendapatkan pekerja yang terbaik dari yang terbaik. Jadi, sebisa mungkin jawab pertanyaan ini dengan sejujur mungkin agar kelak jika sudah diterima oleh instansi itu tidak mengecewakan.
You: My strengths are I love to learn new things, I have a good analytical thinking, and I like to pursue my target.
Anda: Kelebihan saya adalah saya senang belajar hal baru, saya adalah pemikir analisis yang baik, dan saya juga senang mengejar target saya.
